In partnership with Havering College and the Baptist Church our Junior school established a Family Centre for the Ardleigh Green Community in September 2009.  The Family Centre which provides a wide variety of activities currently attracts over 170+ people on a weekly basis. Activities include:

  • Adult Education
  • Toddler Groups
  • Bumps and Babes
  • Post and pre natal support groups
  • Police Drop In sessions
  • Local exhibitions
  • Concerts
  • Community Choir
  • Training courses for teachers
  • Community meetings

Our Family Centre is managed by Theresa Jordan who is currently a seconded teacher to the project (from the Junior School) and staffed by an excellent team of support staff seconded from the Junior school and a group of committed volunteers.
